Twice-yearly plan
from $249
Per visit. Panels and outside windows, every spring and fall. You pay after each visit; skip or cancel any time.
Dust, pollen and smoke settle on rooftop panels and windows all year. We rinse them with pure water from the ground, on a route through your neighborhood, every spring and fall.
The same visit takes care of your panels and the outside of your windows. Most homes take one to two hours.
Tell us how many panels and floors your home has. We reply by email with the price.
We clean streets on set days, so we email you a date. You don’t need to be home; we need the side gate open.
A soft brush on a long water-fed pole and purified water. If a roof can’t be reached from below, we tell you before we start.
Glass, frames and sills. Purified water dries without spots, so nothing is wiped by hand.
On the plan we come back for the next season and email you the date first. Skip or cancel any time.
Rain does little in a dry year. These are what we wash off most.
Months without rain leave a dull film, worst near freeways, farms and building sites.
Oak and pine pollen sticks once morning dew dries on it.
A single spot shades the cells under it; dried ones need soaking, not scraping.
Smoke days leave an oily grey haze on glass that rain alone doesn’t lift.
How much power you get back depends on how dirty the panels were, so we don’t promise a number. If your solar app shows daily production, compare the week before our visit with the week after.
Prices cover a home with up to 20 panels and up to two floors of windows. Bigger homes get the exact price by email before we come.

Usually not. We clean from the ground with a soft brush on a long water-fed pole, which reaches most one- and two-story roofs. If your panels can only be reached from a ladder or the roof, we tell you and agree the price before we start.
No. We need the side gate unlocked and an outdoor tap we can use. We email you when we’re done.
Purified water and a soft brush: no soap, no chemicals and no pressure washer. Purified water has no minerals in it, so it dries without spots on panels and glass.
Most panel makers ask owners to clean with plain water and a soft brush and to avoid pressure washers and harsh chemicals. That is how we clean. Check your own warranty if you are unsure.
It depends on how dirty the panels were, so we don’t promise a number. If your solar app shows daily production, compare the week before our visit with the week after.
Spring brings pollen and summer brings dust and smoke; the rains rarely wash it all off. A spring and a fall visit keeps the film from building up through the sunniest months.
From $149 for up to 20 panels, $7 for each extra panel. Panels and outside windows together are from $279, or from $249 a visit on the twice-yearly plan. We send the exact price by email before we come.
No. The plan is two visits a year, you pay after each visit, and you can skip or cancel by replying to our email.
Not yet. We clean the outside glass, frames and sills.
We are starting in the East Bay, the Tri-Valley and the South Bay. A route opens on a street once enough neighbors sign up; send the form and we’ll email you when a route reaches you.
